Only the buds from the tea bush are handpicked and initially sun dried for this gently scented and delicate tea. White teas produce a light silvery liquor and are fine accompaniments after dinner. The Luponde estates are high in the great African Rift Valley and at 7,000 feet are ideally situated to slowly grow in organic conditions the silver buds that are the basis of this tea.

Like green tea, white tea is full of antioxidants and is known for its anti-ageing benefits.
